- Open the access PDF and create your own English or Spanish copy in Google Drive.
- Set up your accounts, categories and base currency. Each file uses one base currency.
- Enter transactions or import a CSV, Excel file or table from a computer. Review categories and possible duplicates before incorporating rows.
- Review the month and update budgets, subscriptions and goals when your plans change.
Google requests permission when you use the Sendaris menu automations. You do not need to provide bank login credentials.

View your spreadsheet and record transactions in the Google Sheets app. Use a computer for initial setup, menus and file imports. The website demo is illustrative; the product you receive is a Google Sheets template.

FAQ
Is this a web app or a spreadsheet?
This is a Google Sheets template. The website demo illustrates selected features using sample data; it does not store your finances.
Can I use it in Excel?
The template and automations are built for Google Sheets. Importing an Excel statement does not mean the template is compatible with Microsoft Excel.
Does it download bank transactions automatically?
No. Add transactions manually or import supported files. Summaries recalculate from the data in your spreadsheet.
How are duplicates handled?
The importer flags possible matches for review before incorporating rows. A match does not necessarily mean a transaction is a duplicate.
How will I receive the product?
The prepared delivery is a ZIP containing four PDFs: template access, the ES guide, the EN guide and a personal licence. You create your own copy in your Google account.
Do I need a Sendaris subscription?
No. The product is planned as a one-time purchase with a personal-use licence. You need a Google account to use Sheets.
